Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for New Age Marketing Agency. The role involves a significant emphasis on B2B (business-to-business) sales, targeting other businesses that can benefit from our comprehensive marketing services.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Present and promote New Age Marketing Agency’s services to prospective clients
• Understand clients’ needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet their objectives
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Focus on B2B sales, targeting businesses that can benefit from our marketing services
• Develop and implement strategies to reach B2B sales targets
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High level of integrity and commitment to providing exceptional service
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, offering competitive commission rates on closed deals. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, with uncapped commission opportunities.
